Abbie B. Leska
Abbie B. Leska, is an attorney with over 25 years experience in the title industry, and is our principal and owner. She began in the title industry in 1992 after passing the Ohio Bar. Having always had a love of real estate beginning her legal career in the title industry was a natural choice. She began as Associate General Counsel for an established downtown title company. At this company Abbie became very versed in foreclosures working both in house on the files and representing the lenders in their court hearings. After 3 years she made the move another title company and brought many of the contacts she made through the foreclosure side of the business.
After 2 more years she realized a need for a foreclosure based title company. In 1998 she opened a title company that serviced all 88 counties to attorneys and banks supplying them with all needed court documents in assisting them in the foreclosure process. Soon the company became a full service title and escrow company. In 2005 Abbie made a choice to sell her company and stay home to raise her children full time. During this brief period of not working at a title company she stayed current by referring deals to title companies, keeping up on her continuing education and working part time helping both mortgage companies and title companies with closings.
In 2011, Abbie returned full time to the title industry and in 2018 she decided that there was a need that was not being met throughout Cleveland so she started Terra Blue Title to meet the needs of many buyer and sellers.
